The Hotel accommodation and location for the 2012 SD Work Comp Summit will be at the BEST WESTERN Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center , 3200 West Maple Street in Sioux Falls, SD.
The BEST WESTERN Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center is conveniently located one block east of I-29 and is easily accessible from I-90 (3 miles south) when traveling from east or west.
Arrangements for accommodations should be made DIRECTLY with the BEST WESTERN Ramkota at (605)336-0650. The 2012 SD WC Summit special room rate will be $89.99 Single / $99.99 Double Occupancy and $109.99 for Quad Occupancy (plus 9.5% or current tax + $2 City Occupancy Tax).
All reservations must be made by MAY 1, 2012 for this special rate. After May 1, 2012, the remaining blocked rooms will be released for resale. GUESTS MUST SPECIFY they are with the SD WORKERS' COMPENSATION SUMMIT to receive the special group rate.
Daily check-in time is after 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. All reservations will be held only until 4:00pm on the day of arrival, unless the individual guarantees their reservation for the late arrival with a credit card.
